Distinguished speakers announced: Yale Child Study Center Grand Rounds Fall 2023

August 17, 2023

The Yale Child Study Center (YCSC) Grand Rounds Committee is pleased to announce some of the distinguished speakers planned for the departmental Grand Rounds series in the fall semester. Resuming on September 12, 2023, this weekly seminar-style series will be presented live from the YCSC Cohen Auditorium on Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m, while also live streamed via Zoom.

A weekly forum for YCSC faculty, staff, and affiliates, these sessions offer multidisciplinary opportunities to come together and learn about a variety of topics relevant to the mental health of children, adolescents, families, and communities. YCSC Grand Rounds are the oldest series exclusively dedicated to topics in child psychiatry and allied disciplines.

As in the past, most sessions will be eligible for Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. Following a successful pilot offering of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for master’s level mental health professionals in the spring, many of this year’s sessions will also be eligible for CEUs, which will be announced as sessions are approved.

Upcoming Grand Rounds and other department events are added to the YCSC web calendar as details are finalized. Visit the YCSC website for recordings of past sessions. To receive information and updates about upcoming sessions, subscribe to the department's monthly newsletter, YCSC Connections.
