Shirley Zhao, MD

Shirley Zhao, MD, is an instructor in the Section of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She received her medical degree from University of California, San Francisco. She completed her pediatric residency, chief year, and Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellowship at Yale School of Medicine. She is passionate about medical education and is actively involved in teaching medical students and residents. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family, chasing her toddler, traveling, reading, thrifting, and making/sharing delicious food.
