Biography

Lauren Hui joined Yale in 2026 as a resident in interventional radiology. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University and holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego.

She is dedicated to expanding clinical access, advancing medical education, and mitigating health disparities in imaging and procedural care. Prior to residency, she worked as a medical assistant at a federally qualified health center and held numerous regional and national leadership roles, serving on the West Coast Vascular and Interventional Society (WCVIS) Executive Board and within committees for the American College of Radiology and Society of Interventional Radiology.

Her interests include women's health, interventional oncology, MSK, pain and palliative care interventions.

Outside of the clinic, she is a former competitive figure skater and skier of over 20 years, an avid cook, and loves to travel.
