Overview
Julia Rosenberg, MD, MHS, is a general pediatrician who specializes in providing comprehensive care to children of all ages.
As an assistant professor of pediatrics at Yale School of Medicine and associate director of the Yale Pediatric Immigrant and Refugee Clinic, Dr. Rosenberg cares for all children, with a focus on those in immigrant families. Through her research, which is connected to her clinical work, she evaluates support with community partnerships and innovative programs like EMPOWER (Emotions Program Outside the Clinic with Wellness Education for Recent Arrivals), which enhances emotional regulation and cognitive skills in refugee youth.
Dr. Rosenberg completed her medical training at Weill Cornell Medical College and pursued her residency in pediatrics at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital. She also received a master of health sciences degree from the Yale National Clinician Scholars Program.
