Jo (Joanne) Luce

Jo joined Yale’s ITS department in 2018 as a contract IT Project Manager, supporting a variety of application development initiatives. In 2020, Jo transitioned into a permanent role within Health Sciences IT (HSIT), where she played a key role in the implementation of ONeCall (QGenda), Yale’s provider scheduling and on-call management system.

Following the successful completion of the implementation, Jo transitioned into the ONeCall (QGenda) System Administrator role and is responsible for ongoing system management, optimization, and support. Jo partners closely with clinical and administrative stakeholders to streamline scheduling workflows, improve system efficiency, and ensure users are equipped with the tools and guidance needed for success.

With a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency, Jo continues to support Yale’s mission by enhancing scheduling practices and strengthening collaboration across teams.
