Miller Gets FDA Grant Related to AI-enabled Medicine

Jennifer Miller, PhD, associate professor of medicine (general medicine), was awarded a grant from the FDA to study clinician and patient trust in AI-enabled medicine, focusing on AI-enabled software used in monitoring or diagnosing patients in cardiac care.

Sachar Recognized As Rising Leader by ASGE

Hamita Sachar, MD, assistant professor of medicine (digestive diseases) and vice chief of gastroenterology, has been recognized as a rising leader nationally by the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), which recently selected her for its GI Organization Leadership Development (GOLD) Program.
