Biography
Nicole (Nikki) Elbertson is the director of product development and implementation at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. In various research and training roles at the Center for over 20 years, she has managed and coordinated several projects focused on the development, implementation, and evaluation of RULER from early childhood through high school.
Nikki has contributed to the design and publication of the Center’s research studies and curricula, and she is the co-author of several scholarly articles, papers, and book chapters. Currently, she focuses on the strategic development, alignment, and distribution of the Center’s content and serves as a RULER trainer and coach. Outside of her work at the Center, she is a certified group fitness instructor .
