Project INSPIRE - Group Intervention Introduction
With support from the Office on Violence Against Women, developed and evaluated by Yale University and the Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services, INSPIRE is a 9-session group intervention for survivors of domestic violence that is present-centered, strengths-based, and forward-focused. The group uses a model in which one facilitator with lived experience of domestic violence and one professional facilitator work together to support survivors.
This 30-minute introduction session to INSPIRE can help you decide if you would like to have someone from your agency fully trained in the curriculum (the full training is free and scheduled for May 28th from 1-4 pm).
