Biography
Dr. O'Malley is a pediatrician in the Department of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She works both at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital and Lawrence + Memorial Hospital. Her primary interests include advocacy, lactation and breastfeeding medicine, refugee and immigrant health, and clinical pathway development. She is the co-founder of the Pediatric Resident Advocacy curriculum, Flourishing Families, with Dr. Molly Markowitz and was a previous co-director of the Yale Pediatric Residency Advocacy Track. She is currently the co-advisor with Dr. Frances Cheng for Y-HEALAR (Yale Health Education and Literacy for Asylees and Refugees). She is also the Deputy Director of Clinical Pathways for the Children's Hospital and an inpatient medical director.
