Biography

Melissa Hall, M.A. is a Pediatric Psychology Fellow at the Yale Child Study Center. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the clinical science program at the University of Notre Dame. Throughout her graduate training, she has developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care, working with youth who present with co-occurring medical and psychological concerns and providing services to neurodiverse and socio-culturally diverse youth and families. Her dissertation examines family functioning by identifying interaction patterns, testing a minority family stress model, and evaluating an intervention meant to improve parent-child communication.
