Junichi Yoshida

Junichi Yoshida, Ph.D. is an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Comparative Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. He earned his Ph.D. from Tamagawa University in Japan. His research focuses on the circuit-level principles that govern behavior, with a particular emphasis on how neuronal dynamics give rise to adaptive and maladaptive behaviors. His current work seeks to elucidate the neuronal circuit mechanisms that integrate hunger and exercise.
