Clinical Care

Overview

Jeremy J. Moeller, MD, is a neurologist who focuses on epilepsy and electroencephalography (EEG), as well as the diagnosis and initial management of other neurological conditions.

“We have a world-class epilepsy program at Yale,” he says. “We work with patients who have just had their first seizure and those who are well-controlled on medications and want to explore any other treatment options, as well as patients who continue to have seizures in spite of every effort to control their disease.”

An assistant professor of neurology for Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Moeller is inspired by new treatments and research aimed at bringing epilepsy care closer to the goal of no seizures and no side effects. “In the future, we will be able to personalize epilepsy treatment for each patient,” he says. “Our goal is to improve the lives of every patient we encounter.”
