Jennifer Persio, MSN, RN, APRN, ACNPC-AG

Jennifer is the Nurse Practitioner for the Pulmonary Vascular Program at Yale Medicine-Winchester Center for Lung Disease. She evaluates and treats patients across all WHO groups of pulmonary hypertension and has special interest in both acute and chronic pulmonary embolism. She is active in the Level III CPET program, which formally evaluates undifferentiated dyspnea. Jennifer obtained her Master's Degree in Adult/Gerontology Acute Care from Yale University and a Bachelor's Degree from Utica College. She is board-certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
