Atul Kumar, MD, MBA

Atul Kumar, MD, specializes in radiology and biomedical imaging. He focuses on emergency imaging, diagnosing conditions quickly and accurately in urgent settings.

As an assistant professor of radiology and biomedical imaging at Yale School of Medicine, his research is related to radiology management, including finance, operations, strategic planning, and workflow optimization.

Dr. Kumar received his medical degree from Mercer University, and furthered his expertise with a radiology residency at the University of Connecticut and a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Massachusetts.
