About Us

The CSN serves individuals suffering from serious mental illnesses and individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders. Assistance is also offered to uninsured individuals with less severe forms of mental illness. Most of the individuals served by the CSN lack financial resources and may face a variety of stressors associated with poverty, including inadequate housing, medical care, social support and employment.
