Biography

I'm a cancer biologist with a deep interest in how tumors evolve, evade the immune system, and therapy resistance. I am currently a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Pediatrics and work closely with the Bindra Lab in the Department of Therapeutic Radiology. My research focuses on the immune response to ATR and PARP inhibition in IDH1/2 mutant gliomas, using in vivo models, flow cytometry, and molecular profiling approaches. I earned my PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, India, where my work focused on developing targeted nanotherapeutics for breast cancer stem cells and building 3D tumor models. My research sits at the intersection of drug delivery, tumor metabolism, and immuno-oncology, and I'm driven by a scientific curiosity to understand the molecular and cellular dynamics of cancer and to explore how targeted therapies can reshape tumor-immune interactions.
