Shawn Hill

Shawn Hill, MBA, BSN, BA, RN, boasts a diverse background in healthcare administration, military service, and education spanning business, nursing, and psychology. Shawn, a former MP in the US Marine Corps, transitioned into healthcare as an Operating Room Nurse specializing in Orthopedic surgery. Shawn's roles evolved to include positions as an OR Service Coordinator, Charge Nurse, and OR Supervisor. Earning his MBA paved the way for his role as Clinical Director of Patient Access at Yale Medicine's CARE Center. A Six Sigma Green Belt graduate from Villanova, Shawn's passion for patient advocacy and process enhancement led to impactful improvements at the CARE Center. Outside of work, he's enjoys indoor rock climbing, snowboarding, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, and travel.
