Biography

Graduated from ASU ('98) with a BS in Exercise Physiology. Continued with this path, becoming a CSCS personal trainer for athletes on and off the field. Obtained AZ massage therapy license and was able to incorporate PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) in my clients trainings. Moved to CT to pursue higher education closer to home and graduated from Quinnipiac ('05) with a BSN. Worked as an RN in the PICU at YNHH as well as a member of their SWAT/ Transport team. Obtained my MSN through QU ('13) and worked in Community Health Center in Bridgeport before specializing, most recently to Sports Medicine Orthopedics at YNHH. As a triathlete in college, an avid runner and fitness enthusiast throughout my life. it is my pleasure to serve the community to prevent injury and provide rehabilitation.
