Naomi is a Physician Assistant with the Dementia section of Yale Neurology. She is a recent graduate from the University of Bridgeport Physician Assistant Institute, where she completed her thesis and other special projects in geriatric and dementia care. Prior to PA school she worked with Yale's Elder Horizon's program, which serves as a hospital-wide program to prevent delirium in geriatric, hospitalized patients. Additionally, Naomi worked as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility taking care of her beloved residents. She completed her undergraduate degree at UConn in Molecular and Cell Biology, where she developed a life-long passion for science and research. Her patient care philosophy is all about advocating for patient autonomy, and setting goals of care.
