Biography

Dr. Melissa Landis is an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Section of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She received her medical degree from SUNY Stony Brook, completed her pediatric residency at Columbia University, and her neonatology fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Medical Center. She was an attending neonatologist in Indianapolis, Indiana for 10 years before returning home to the northeast to join the faculty at Yale School of Medicine. Her interests include medical education, neonatal simulation, and prevention and management of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Outside of work she enjoys participating in long distance running events and traveling with her husband and two children.
