Lana Kareem

Lana Kareem is a Software Engineer at Yale’s Department of Biomedical Informatics and Data Science (BIDS). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering with a concentration in Bioinformatics from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence at the Georgia Institute of Technology. At Yale BIDS, Lana contributes to projects that integrate blockchain technology into clinical data management systems to ensure transparency and immutability.
