Overview
Krishanth Manokaran, MD, is a pediatrician who cares for children of all ages, with a focus on promoting healthy growth and development. “Getting to know families and seeing my patients grow and develop to realize their full potential is what I love most about my work, he says. In supporting children through health challenges, Dr. Manokaran emphasizes a team-based approach, telling families, “We will get through this together and our goals are in alignment with yours, which is to have your child reach their fullest potential.”
As an assistant professor of pediatrics at Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Manokaran pursues medical education, narrative medicine, and refugee health initiatives. His dedication to teaching and mentorship enables him to help shape the next generation of pediatric caregivers.
Dr. Manokaran earned his medical degree from Boston University and completed his pediatric residency at Yale School of Medicine. When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys playing tennis, rock climbing, and attending live concerts.
