Biography

Kimberly Murphy, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC, is a board-certified adult acute care nurse practitioner specializing in urology. She is dedicated to understanding each patient’s health priorities and guiding them through all stages of care with compassion and expertise. Kimberly specializes in the evaluation and management of a broad spectrum of urologic concerns, including benign prostatic hyperplasia, cancer survivorship, renal stone disease, sexual health, urinary tract infections, and voiding dysfunction.

Kimberly is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with urologic surgeons to provide comprehensive management strategies that are tailored to each patient's unique needs. “Urological issues can disrupt people’s lives, and it’s my goal to help patients maximize their quality of life,” she says. “Whether it’s coaching to optimize behaviors or specific medical intervention, I strive to understand what matters most to each patient through evidence-based, compassionate care so I can tailor every interaction to the unique needs of each patient.”

Kimberly earned her master’s degree in nursing from Marquette University and brings extensive experience working in trauma centers and outpatient urologic oncology practices. She has earned multiple certifications, including her registered nurse first assistant (RNFA) in surgery; presented professionally; and has also taught nursing at the college level. Her clinical expertise and patient-centered approach make her a trusted partner in urologic health. Kimberly is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.
