Kaylen Giannini

Kaylen Giannini grew up in Southern California and majored in dance at the University of California, Irvine. After spending a few years in Washington, DC she moved to New York City and worked for arts organizations including Career Transition for Dancers (now The Entertainment Fund) and Youth America Grand Prix, overseeing external affairs, fundraising, special events, and board relations. Eager to return to education, Kaylen became the executive director of the Steffi Nossen Dance Foundation, the oldest dance education organization in Westchester County, NY. From there she led annual giving and membership programs at The Juilliard School, the preeminent arts conservatory in the United States.

At Yale School of Medicine she works directly with alumni of YSM to help raise resources for excellent medical education, clinical care, and research.

Kaylen lives with her husband and two daughters. She attends performances and visits museums as often as she can when she is not gardening or taking dance classes.
