Biography

Iris McMillan, PhD is a clinical psychologist and assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. She is an attending psychologist at the Yale Gender Program, providing consultation and evidence-based psychological care within an interdisciplinary team. Dr. McMillan specializes in identity- and neurodiversity-affirming approaches and has extensive training in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults.
