Her scientific program leverages high-dimensional, multimodal patient data spanning continuous physiological monitoring, clinical records, advanced imaging, and molecular profiling to uncover predictive trajectories for complex metabolic and oncologic conditions. Dr. Samami earned her Ph.D. from the University of Florida, where she integrated machine learning models with gut microbiota , life style and clinical datasets to predict survivorship outcomes and hematological cancer survivors. Her independent research program is supported by competitive national funding, including an NIH AIM-AHEAD grant, and her work in AI-driven precision medicine has been recognized with top presentation honors at major national symposia, including AACR and ASCO. Through translating data-driven insights into scalable, patient-centered solutions, Dr. Samami leads interdisciplinary initiatives aimed at harnessing health AI to transform risk stratification and optimize outcomes across diverse populations.
