Dana Forlano, MSN, APRN, BSN

Dana Forlano is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC). She received her master's of science in nursing from SCSU. She is trained in the fields of trauma and emergency general surgery. Dana is a member of the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, the Connecticut Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Society, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership. She provides comprehensive clinical care for patients with surgical disease including acute traumatic injuries, emergency surgical conditions, and critical illness.
