Carla Becerra, PA

Carla I. Becerra, MMSc, PA-C received her undergraduate degree in biology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. She attained her Masters in Medical Science at the Yale Medical School Physician Associate Program.

Carla is a board certified physician assistant and as a member of the Melanoma Surgery Program she first assists in melanoma, sarcoma, and cutaneous malignancy removal and reconstructions. Her practice includes melanoma surveillance, in-office excisions, biopsies and procedures, and post-operative care. Carla’s goals are to treat her patients with a “whole-person” approach, ensuring that the patient understands their diagnosis and role in surgery, and feel they are a valued member in the clinical decisions.
