Overview
As a researcher at the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, I analyze PET/SPECT images and perform projective manifold analysis. I also model longitudinal trajectories on these manifolds and develop machine learning and deep learning algorithms for this purpose, utilizing GPUs on a high-performance computing (HPC) cluster.
