It was the second year in a row the department has participated in Yale's Pathways to Science Summer Scholars Program, teaching local students about simulation and innovation in the field.
The Pathways to Science program is a 2-week, on-campus STEM experience offered free of charge for students entering grades 10-12, from New Haven, West Haven, and Orange/Amity public schools.
