The deputy dean oversees the MD, MD-PhD, Master of Health Science, and Physician Associate Programs including admissions, curriculum, financial aid, student affairs, and student research, as well non-degree programs and resources such as Program for Humanities in Medicine, Program for Biomedical Ethics, Global Health Education, Center for Medical Education, Yale Center for Healthcare Simulation, and the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library.
