YCSC Research in Progress & Research Community Meeting

For Yale Child Study Center community members (faculty, staff, trainees)

This session will be held in a hybrid format, in person at 230 South Frontage Road while also available via Zoom, and split to include a research presentation for half of the meeting in the usual YCSC Research in Progress format. The other half will be focused on broader departmental research updates and discussion, effectively merging with YCSC Research Community Meetings.

YCSC research in progress sessions—organized by Helena Rutherford, Ellen Hoffman, and Kathy Ayala—offer an opportunity to learn about and share new studies and emerging findings from across the center. All are welcome to present and attend, including students and trainees, as well as faculty and staff. In addition to the traditional research/data presentations, presenters are encouraged to share specific aims they may be working on for grants or study design ideas. Each speaker is typically allotted 20 minutes to present plus 5 minutes for Q&A.

YCSC research community meetings are led by Tom Fernandez with the goal of providing an opportunity to share news, discuss new initiatives, and work together to shape and advance research priorities in the department. As always, all in the YCSC community are welcome to participate in these discussions.
