MCIC Shared Learning Series is hosting an engaging and informative webinar on "Well-being Centered Leadership," presented by Tait Shanafelt, MD, chief wellness officer, Stanford Medicine; director, WellMD & WellPhD Center; and associate dean, Stanford School of Medicine.

Leader behavior plays a critical role in shaping clinician well-being, professional fulfillment, and team effectiveness.

Join this session to explore the core components of well-being centered leadership and identify practical actions leaders can take to foster meaning, purpose and engagement.

Participants will learn:

  • The three components of well-being-centered leadership and the leader behaviors most closely linked to professional fulfillment.
  • Practical leadership actions to strengthen engagement, occupational well-being, and team performance.
