Investigative Medicine Program Research in Progress
"Actionable Sociobehavioral Comorbidities and Patient Outcomes After Major Elective Surgery"
Students train in a variety of departments given the interdisciplinary nature of the Graduate Program. To maintain regular interactions, students participate in a monthly research-in-progress (RIP) series.
Participation in these sessions enables students to:
1. Present their own research at various stages of development
2. Respond to colleagues’ questions and feedback effectively in a group setting
3. Critique peers’ research and provide constructive feedback for further development
4. Communicate clearly and concisely in a group setting
