Overview
I had been focused to understand the non-structural (NSs) protein of SFTSV and its role in causing pathogenesis into humans. We found its inhibitory effect on RNAi pathway protein, AGO2, which resulted in increase in SFTSV replication. Here, my focus is to see the role of vector proteins on the pathogenesis of various viruses into humans.
