Ryan Christ

I am broadly interested in statistics and machine learning with applications in genomics and human health. Recent work has focused on high performance computation, ancestry inference, and high dimensional screening. I am currently an Associate Research Scientist working with Prof. Ira Hall in the Yale Genetics Department.
