Rudy A. Diaz

Rudy Diaz is a Research Associate in Biostatistics working in the Townsend Lab. He is originally from Southern California, where became interested in fungal diversity as an undergraduate, and served as the Curator of Fungi at the UCLA Herbarium. He received is MSc in Plant and Fungal Taxonomy from Queen Mary University of London and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. His current interests regard the genetic basis of quantitative traits and the evolution of regulatory networks underlying fungal development.
