Nicole Rivera

Nicole Rivera is the Postdoc, Visa and Faculty Affairs Assistant for the Department of Pediatrics at Yale School of Medicine. She manages postgraduate and postdoctoral trainee appointments in the Department of Pediatrics, as well as H1-B visa management for the Department of Pediatrics, Psychiatry and the Child Study Center.

Prior to arriving at Yale in August 2021, Nicole worked in many healthcare administration roles, most recently as the Director of Admissions for Ark Rehab and Healthcare, formerly known as Branford Hills Healthcare Center Nursing Home. Prior to that, she worked in multiple outpatient rehab clinics across New Haven County.

She is a Connecticut native and lives in East Haven with her husband and her dog Zeke. In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading, drawing, shopping and spending time with her family. Her favorite show is Grey’s Anatomy.
