Nicole Rivera

Nicole Rivera is a Senior Administrative Assistant II for the Psychiatry IBO at Yale School of Medicine. She assists with Faculty Recruitment for the Departments of Psychiatry, Pediatrics and the Child Study center, as well as J-1 and H1-B visa management for the IBO.

Prior to arriving at Yale in August 2021, Nicole worked in many healthcare administration roles, most recently as the Director of Admissions for Ark Rehab and Healthcare, formerly known as Branford Hills Healthcare Center Nursing Home. Prior to that, she worked in multiple outpatient rehab clinics across New Haven County.

She is a Connecticut native and lives in East Haven with her husband and her dog Zeke. In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading and drawing. Her favorite show is Grey’s Anatomy.
