Biography

Meridith joined the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program in 2016 as associate director of admissions and registrar. As associate director, Meridith is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing a wide range of student services for the PA program including admissions, recruiting, registration and special events. Meridith has worked in higher education for ten years. Prior to coming to Yale, Meridith served as associate director of admissions at the University of Saint Joseph School of Pharmacy, where she helped develop and open a highly regarded accelerated Pharm.D. program. Meridith was an integral part of the admissions team, and responsible for establishing a sustainable and holistic admissions process. Since joining Yale, Meridith has expanded her role from admissions to student affairs. As a student affairs officer, she is responsible for student records, veterans services and university compliance. She is an active member of the Connecticut Association of Collegiate Registrars (CACR), and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO). Her particular area of interest involves active engagement of students who are underrepresented in medicine.
