Kristine Irizarry, MBA., is an accomplished professional serving as the LET(s)Lead Academy Coordinator and Program Manager for Baby Bonds, Housing R01, and the Citizens Community Collaborative at the Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health (PRCH). With over 14 years of experience in the behavioral health and community engagement field, Kristine is recognized for her commitment to equity, innovation, and excellence in program management and development.

A proud graduate of the LET(s)Lead Academy (2021), Kristine now helps coordinate and guide the program, drawing on her lived experience and professional expertise to mentor and empower emerging leaders. Her passion for inclusive, recovery-oriented, and community-driven work is evident in her proactive approach to collaboration and outreach. She champions equity and belonging, aligning closely with Yale University's mission of diversity and social responsibility.

Outside of her professional commitments, Kristine enjoys exploring the cultural richness of Western Massachusetts, where she resides with her family.
