Biostatistician
Biography
John Rothen, known as Jack to friends, is a Biostatistician at the Yale COPPER Center. Prior to his work at Yale, John worked as a Data Scientist and Biostatistician in both the fields of Healthcare and Aerospace. He received his B.S. with a double major in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, as well as his M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of Connecticut. His research interests are Survival Analysis, Non-parametric Methods, Epidemiology, and Machine Learning. Outside of work, he also has a deep interest in linguistics and chess.
