Hi, I am originally from Turkey, Istanbul, came to Boston at age 17 for undergrad at Brandeis University. Finished my masters in molecular biology at the same institution and moved to MGH for three years of research. I got my medical degree at Boston University and completed my intern year at Mt Auburn Hospital in Cambridge MA.
Other than ophthalmology, I love to be physically active, often do triathlon races, or long distance running races. Connecticut is certainly a beautiful place to train!
