Biography

Elizabeth is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and is finishing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has been at Yale Stress Center since 2009 and conducts both individual and group therapy. Elizabeth co-leads the S.O.A.R. (Strength to Overcome All Roadblocks) weight management program which focuses on mind-body interventions to control weight, reduce stress and improve overall health and well-being.
