Abbey Campbell

Abbey joined YSM in 2022 as photo editor and has been dedicated to supporting clinical, research, event, and portrait photography across YSM ever since. On set, Abbey aims to promote professionalism and efficiency while working closely with photographers, communicators, and other members of the community to produce high-quality visual assets that support the YSM mission.

With a background in research psychology and English from UCONN, Abbey is completing a Master's in Information & Library Science, focusing on digital collections, publications, licensing, and copyright. Abbey recently completed a metadata internship with the Library of Congress and volunteers at a local genealogical library on the weekends.

Prior to Yale, Abbey worked in tech support, as a rowing coach, and a freelance photographer. Abbey thinks life is always better with an extra cup of coffee and a good book.
