Prostate PRO-Tracker is now LIVE!

As the CBIT Leadership Innovation Fellow, Daniel Yang led a digital health project aimed at enabling more granular collection of patient-reported health outcomes. Daniel and his team developed a mobile application (Prostate PRO-Tracker - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/prostate-pro-tracker/id1135426846?mt=8) that securely delivers a validated clinical questionnaire for prostate cancer patients to track their symptoms. This project is part of a Yale University clinical study, where participant consent can be collected electronically and automatically transmitted from within the application. Daniel's role at CBIT has connected him with developers, designers, and researchers from across disciplines, and has enriched his ability to bring new technology to the clinical setting.
