Brian Zaboski, PhD, ABPP, NCSP is a board-certified licensed Connecticut psychologist in cognitive and behavioral psychology. He is the Director for the Adult Mood Disorders Track and the Intensive Track for OCD and Anxiety-Related Disorders at Bridgeport Hospital, where he offers evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy for patients regardless of insurance type. As an Assistant Professor at Yale University, he also serves as the Associate Director for Clinical Psychology at the Yale OCD Research Clinic where he conducts clinical trials investigating the mechanisms of cognitive-behavioral therapy and applies artificial intelligence for clinical prediction. Dr. Zaboski has provided extensive consultation and training to Yale University, Yale New Haven Health, and to major pharmaceutical companies on CBT for obsessive-compulsive disorders and mood disorders.
