Rebecca Ouellette

Rebecca is an advancement manager, dedicated to accelerating equitable, innovative, and strategic initiatives in the public sector. Prior to joining Yale, Rebecca has held positions in scientific research, community development, and government. Rebecca holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and has her BA in Political Science and Mandarin Chinese from the University of Connecticut.
