Verification of Training

To verify a person has completed their training in the Solnit Integrated and/or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry programs, please email: Karen.Franchi@yale.edu

To have your verification forms completed with a signature:

There is a fee of $75.00 US funds for processing detailed program verification and forms.

Please submit your verification forms/packet along with signed consent and provide verification fees to:
