National
- National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a free 24-hour crisis line and can be reached at 988 or 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255).
- The Trevor Project provides free 24-hour crisis intervention specifically for LGBTQ youth. They are accessible via phone at 1-866-488-7386. They are also accessible via text or chat.
- Veterans Crisis Line is a free 24-hour resource specifically for Veterans and Service members in crisis. They can be reached by calling 1-800-273-8255 and pressing 1. Support is also offered via free and confidential text or chat.
