Diversity Action Group
The YCSC DEIB Action Group (DAG) works to harness the power of the collective to bring sustainable and transformational change to the Yale Child Study Center. This group of volunteers is led by the center’s Chief Diversity Officer, Tara Davila, LCSW, working to inform and support the YCSC Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Strategic Plan. This plan is aligned with Belonging at Yale initiatives at the University as well as the Yale School of Medicine Strategic Plan. The DEIB Action Group’s efforts are focused on helping to develop innovative ways to interrupt the norms within center policies, practices, and culture with the intent to increase diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
